Hindu Samaj Temple and Cultural Center (HISTEMPLEMN) has been supporting the growing Religious and Cultural needs of the community in Rochester, Minnesota. Formally, registered as a non-profit organization in the year 2000, it has grown significantly in terms of members, patrons and financially just in a span of 9 years. The purchase of the Temple at 911, 11th Av NW in the year 2004 marked a turning point in the history of the Hindu Samaj Temple of Minnesota Inc, Rochester, Minnesota. There are many events happening at temple.

Priest update:
We are happy to inform you that Hindu Samaj Temple has filed papers to hire a new priest, Sri Harikrishna. We are expecting that his hiring process will be successfully completed in the next few weeks. Meanwhile we also wanted to inform you that Sri Vamsi will be leaving Rochester (he might leave before 15th). We thank him for his services over the past year and a half . During this transition period our devotees have been experiencing difficulty in contacting and getting priestly services. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and request your patience during this period.
Please note that the temple premises will be open between 6:00 and 8:00 PM on weekdays and (10.00AM - 12PM and 6-8PM) on weekends. Our regular monthly pujas and other celebrations will continue as planned.
